Does the idea of running in one of Ireland's most scenic area appeal to you? Do you enjoy a challenge? Then look no further. The Clifden Lifeboat 10k is the run for you. This unique event is a definite must do, if you are looking for a fun and well organised race with a great atmosphere. So challenge yourself and enter one of Ireland's best 'smaller' running event this year. The event is run in memory of 18 years old Mikey Mullen, who died along with 3 other fishermen when the MVF St Oliver sank off the west coast in 2004. Originaly run in September, it has now been moved to June to take advantage of the better weather conditions. All funds raised go to the Clifden RNLI. So come to the west this June and register for the Clifden Lifeboat 10k, and help support a great cause at the same time.
